We provide electronic monitoring for solicitors, where in they can monitor their client in real-time. We have our online portal that offers you access for real-time information.

We also have a comprehensive training and induction program, for all our Staff covering all the important aspects of the Care industry.

    • All our Support Workers receive regular support calls from the office team at the beginning of a new package of care, 3 monthly supervisions as well as annual appraisals.
    • Each client has regular reviews, at least every 3 months which incorporate experience and satisfaction of the service. This enables us to ensure we are meeting the goals and aspirations of our clients and their support team.
    • Here at Yes Care we have the experience and skills to work with children, adults and older people with a variety of care and support needs including; Brain Injury, learning disabilities, mental health issues, dementia, physical disabilities, offending histories, educational exclusion and alcohol/substance dependencies.

    Support for various TBI and ABI cases

    Concussion (‘mild’ injury).
    A closed head injury (without skull break).
    A penetrating head injury (skull fracture that effected the brain tissue).
    Diffuse brain injury
    Brain contusion (skull cracks or breaks)
    Some of the cases are injuries that occurred at or since birth. an infection, tumor or stroke or even a medical accident.
    Babies who also suffered brain injury at birth (cerebral palsy).
