At Yes Care we pride ourselves on offering clients the highest quality care and support possible regardless of the level of need or dependency. Our team’s prime objective is to assist those we look after so they may remain in their own home for as long as they wish, with dignity, independence and control over their lives.
We have formalised the commitment that we make to our clients within the Yes Care Charter, which forms the cornerstone of everything we do and is fundamental to our daily work. We are very proud to hear our Charter being referred to as the ‘collective heartbeat of our organisation’ by the Investors in People assessor that visited us in 2015. We are also proud to announce we once again achieved the Gold status in this accreditation.
Yes Care’s professionally trained teams adopt a holistic and truly person-centred approach to supporting our clients. We focus as much on our clients’ interests and preferred lifestyle, as we do on the personal care and support they require. We want our clients to have fun – regardless of whether this involves a day out shopping, a trip to meet friends or enjoying something less active, like listening to music at home.
Yes Care supports individuals with a wide range of needs. For some, this may be the reassurance and companionship gained from having a carer visit for a few hours to assist around the house. For others, it will be the highly professional specialist care and support programmes, dedicated to individuals with dementia, learning disabilities, acquired brain injuries or long-term neurological conditions, which make Yes Care the right choice.
Regardless of the level of support needed, a member of the Yes Care team is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, to help in any way we can.
